Modular business software

The tools you need. Not an all-or-nothing ERP.

You do not need a company-wide overhaul to fix the work that slows you down. Start with one module or a focused combination. Add more when it makes sense for your business.

Less disruption. A clear first step.

Fix the bottleneck,
not everything at once.

Perhaps product updates take all afternoon. Stock figures disagree between your store and warehouse. Or your team retypes the same details into every selling channel. You can tackle that problem without turning the whole business upside down.

Choose catalog and PIM, inventory management, multichannel listings, or another part of 1XA. We will work through the records, connections, and day-to-day tasks needed for that scope. You keep a route to a complete ERP without needing to launch every department at once.

One module. A few. Or the full ERP.

Start with what you need.
Grow on your terms.

Only need catalog, inventory, and sales channels? That is a great place to start. Small teams and established businesses can choose a focused setup without taking on every module.

A manageable rollout

Make the first stage useful.

Start with a clear goal and a scope your team can learn and use.

  1. Name the problem.

Choose the work you want to improve and the result that would make a difference: fewer product corrections, clearer stock figures, or less channel administration.

  2. Agree on the essentials.

Review your current data, locations, and systems. Confirm the modules, supported connections, responsibilities, and pricing before moving ahead.

  3. Build from a working foundation.

Prepare the records and train the people using them. Add order management, warehouse workflows, purchasing, CRM, or finance as your priorities change.

Before you decide

A few practical questions.

Can we use just catalog, inventory, and sales channels?

Yes. 1XA can be scoped around those modules without rolling out the full ERP. We confirm your required records, channels, and any shared setup before you start.

Is 1XA suitable for a small business?

Small teams are welcome. Start with the work that takes too much time or creates costly errors. We will review your needs and propose a manageable scope, whether that is one module or several.

Do we have to replace our accounting system or website?

Not necessarily. We review the tools you want to keep, the data each system owns, and the supported connections. Compatibility and integration scope are confirmed before implementation.

Can we add more modules later?

Yes. Modules share the 1XA platform, so you can plan the next stage around your existing records. New workflows may still need configuration, data preparation, and training.

What does a first rollout involve?

Choose one business problem and a representative set of records. Agree which system owns each record, prepare the data, and test the normal workflow plus an exception. Confirm that the people doing the work can use it before expanding the scope.

How do we know whether a guided trial is useful?

Agree on a task you can evaluate, such as updating a product across supported channels or reconciling a stock movement. Review the steps, required handoffs, and result with your team. A trial should help you decide whether the workflow fits, not just show a dashboard.

How do we find out what it will cost?

Tell us which modules, locations, channels, and workflows you need. We will discuss scope and pricing before you commit. You do not need to select a full ERP to start the conversation.
